Wingroot nose cowling for left flight direction of Bf109 F or G variant fuselage. Part is made with using original remains as example. All work is made with support of a complex jig structure that you can see in picture number four. That fairing connects front fuselage, left wing front, oil cooler cowling back and the lower left engine cowling. The skin panel is made from Material 5052 H32. The structure parts are made of 2024 T3. Manufacturers signage, drainage hopper, latch guide and closure frame are included.
Production time is around 6 months.
