Offer is about a complete structure parts set of Bf109 F and early G front wing root covers. The parts are possible to use in combination with DB605 A engine equipped Bf109 G (no AS).
All components and parts of that complex kit are produced with deep drawing or roll tools like the original example. Pilot holes for the assembly of cover fairings are included. Parts are made from material 2024 T3, 2024 T0 (lower drop profiles), 3.3535 (drainage hoppers), pressed material and steel 4130 (connection profile).
To controll general fit of the parts we use a special jig. All assembly points of the aircraft are included in that jig.
Final fit is necessary to make at the aircraft in combination with engine struts and lower firewall bottom hatch.
The parts set arrive with a assembly manual.
